General Questions

Document attestation is the process of verifying the authenticity of your official documents — educational certificates, birth/marriage certificates, commercial documents — so they are legally recognised in a foreign country. It involves a chain of authentication: State/University → MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) → Embassy of the destination country.
You need attestation if you are:
  • Going abroad for employment (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain)
  • Applying for higher education overseas
  • Applying for a dependent or family visa
  • Starting a business in a foreign country
  • Migrating to Canada, Australia, or the USA
No — we are a government-authorised private facilitator. We handle the logistics, paperwork, and liaison with MEA, HRD departments, and embassies on your behalf. All attestation stamps come directly from the official government authorities.
Yes. We have offices in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Mumbai, and Delhi, with doorstep document pickup available across 50+ cities via our secure courier network. International clients (NRIs) can also courier documents to us from abroad.

🏛️ MEA Attestation

MEA attestation is the stamp/seal applied by India's Ministry of External Affairs on your documents, certifying their genuineness for international use. It is required for most GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain) as part of the embassy attestation chain.
Educational documents (degree, diploma, marksheets), personal documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate, PCC), and commercial documents (company registration, power of attorney, invoices) can all be MEA attested.
Before MEA: State HRD attestation (for educational docs) or State Home/SDM authentication (for personal docs).

After MEA: Embassy attestation of the destination country (e.g., UAE Embassy, Saudi Embassy in India).

🎓 HRD Attestation

HRD (Human Resource Development) attestation is the State-level authentication of educational certificates — degrees, diplomas, marksheets — issued by universities and boards in India. It is the first mandatory step before MEA attestation for educational documents.
You must apply to the HRD department of the state where the issuing university is located — not where you currently live. For example, a Calicut University degree requires Kerala HRD attestation, even if you now live in Dubai or Delhi.
Most major states offer HRD attestation. Some states route educational certificates through a Notary or SDM instead. Our team will advise you on the correct procedure based on your specific certificate and university.

🔏 Apostille Services

Apostille is a simplified single-stamp certification under the Hague Convention (1961) accepted by 120+ member countries — including USA, UK, Germany, France, Australia, and many more.

Embassy attestation is a multi-step process required for countries not in the Hague Convention (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain). If your destination is a Hague country, apostille is faster and cheaper.
Major apostille countries include USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, and 115+ others. GCC countries (UAE, Saudi, etc.) are NOT part of the Hague Convention and require full embassy attestation.
For educational documents: State HRD → MEA Apostille.
For personal documents: Notary / SDM → State Home Department → MEA Apostille.

We handle the entire chain — you just hand us your original documents.

🌍 Embassy Attestation

We handle attestation for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, and 50+ other embassies based in New Delhi and Mumbai.
No. We handle the embassy submission and collection on your behalf. You never need to travel to the embassy or to Delhi/Mumbai.
UAE Embassy attestation (in India) is the Indian part of the process. Once your document is stamped by the UAE Embassy here, your employer in the UAE will typically get it MOFA attested (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE) — that is done inside the UAE. We assist with the India side.
