📌 Key Point: Because attestation involves government fees that are non-recoverable once paid, our refund policy distinguishes between our service fees and government/embassy fees. Please read carefully before submitting your documents.
2. Refund Eligibility
✅ Full Refund — Eligible When:
- You cancel the order before we have submitted your documents to any government authority
- We are unable to process your documents due to an error on our part
- The service you requested is unavailable and we cannot provide an alternative
⚠️ Partial Refund — Eligible When:
- You cancel after we have commenced work but before government submission — service charge deducted, remaining amount refunded
- Government authorities reject your document for reasons within our control — partial refund at our discretion after review
❌ No Refund — When:
- Documents have already been submitted to HRD, MEA, or Embassy authorities
- Government/embassy fees have already been paid on your behalf — these are non-recoverable
- Documents are rejected due to reasons beyond our control (damaged certificate, incorrect information provided by client, non-standard format)
- Delays caused by government processing timelines or closures
- Client changes their mind after work has commenced
- Visa or employment application is rejected by foreign authorities after attestation is completed
3. Government Fees
Government fees (HRD fees, MEA fees, Embassy fees, MOFA fees) are paid directly to government authorities on your behalf. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once paid, as per government policy. We will clearly communicate these fees to you before commencement and they will be itemised in your invoice.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order reference number and reason for cancellation/refund
- Our team will review your request within 2 working days
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our service or a refund decision, we encourage you to:
- First contact our customer support team to resolve the issue amicably
- Escalate to our management team if the issue is not resolved within 5 working days
- We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly
6. Express Service Refunds
Express service charges are non-refundable once the express processing has commenced, even if the final delivery takes longer than estimated due to government processing delays beyond our control.
7. Courier Charges
Courier charges for document pickup and delivery are non-refundable once the courier has been dispatched. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address provided by the client, re-delivery charges will apply.
